Emotional turbulence is a part of all normal development. But the key to success in life is learning how to emotionally regulate. Therefore how we navigate through adolescence has a significant impact on how we will live the rest of our lives.

I integrate-research backed modalities from approaches that are compatible with your style and address your presented concerns.  My interpersonal approach is present and curious without judgment.  Biofeedback is one of several options we may consider.
